All prices on our website are in (AED). Payment is due at the time of purchase and can be made through the available payment methods (credit card, Bank Transfer, COD). We reserve the right to change the prices of our products at any time without prior notice.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- We offer shipping within the seven emirates which is Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- We aim to ship orders within 3 days of receiving your order or payment, but delivery times may vary.
- The customer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply to international shipments.
5. Returns and Exchanges
- As our items are vintage, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged during shipment or it has undeclared flaw.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will assist you in resolving the issue by offering a refund, exchange, or store credit, as appropriate.
